Floor plan dimensions may vary slightly depending on the location of the apartment (first, second, or third floor) and the location within the building. Third-floor apartments have a cathedral ceiling. Two different floor plans are available for two-bedroom apartments. First-floor apartments offer convenient patios, while the floor plans for the second- and third-floor apartments include attractive balconies. Third-floor apartments also have a cathedral ceiling. Gas for heating, cooking, and hot water is included in all apartments.
