We are the Kalamazoo Office of Edward Rose & Sons, a privately-owned firm that has been actively engaged in residential construction since 1921.
One of four Edward Rose & Sons offices, the Kalamazoo office opened in the late 1960s and currently has properties established in 20 cities throughout Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin, Missouri, Ohio, and Nebraska.
The company acts as developer, general contractor, and property manager, as well as retaining ownership of each multi-family development upon completion.
