As you peruse our floor plans, please notice that these beautiful townhouses feature front-to-back layouts, providing many desirable conveniences, including your own backyard patio. Your laundry needs are eased with all townhouses providing washer and dryer hookups. You can bring your own washer and dryer or rent them from us for a nominal fee. Each townhouse is appointed with neutral carpet throughout, along with a lovely kitchen equipped with GE appliances. We offer ample space for dining, designed with your comfort in mind. Shannon Manor offers two different styles of the two-bedroom townhouse. The ranch style is one level and is very spacious. The two story/two bedroom floor plan is the largest two bedroom offered. Floor plan dimensions may vary slightly depending on the location of the townhouse. The three-bedroom floor plan is very large, featuring three bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second floor. There is also a kitchen, living room, dining area, and one-half bathroom on the first floor.
