Where is the corporate office?

Our corporate office is located in Bloomfield Hills, MI. We also have three other regional offices located in Flint and Kalamazoo, MI, as well as Indianapolis, IN.

Can I pay rent online?

Many of our communities do accept online payments at this time. Please contact your community of interest directly to find out what form of payments they accept.

Can I apply online?

All of our communities have online applications to apply too. Please visit the homepage and search for a community.

Can I transfer from one community to another?

Absolutely! Please contact your community of interest to verify the transfer process.

What do I need to bring with me to be able to view a model/apartment?

All of our communities require a valid government issued ID or a driver's license.

Can I submit a maintenance/service request online?
