COVID-19 Information

As a family owned company serving families across the nation, the well-being of our communities is our number one priority. We remain committed to providing shelter and assistance for those we serve. See below to learn more about the steps we are taking to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our communities.

The care of our Edward Rose & Sons’ family of employees, residents, guests, and partners is our highest priority. With the Coronavirus pandemic evolving daily, the CDC continues to name social distancing as the best method to prevent the spread of Coronavirus.

A committee of Edward Rose & Sons executives meets daily to monitor and discuss the impact of COVID-19 on our employees, residents, guests, and all other aspects of the communities we serve. We are following CDC guidelines on cleaning and disinfecting and have implemented temporary policies for resident events, social distancing, and other measures in an effort to mitigate additional risk.

Please visit the property website page for office hours. In an effort to practice proper social distancing in accordance with the CDC, we ask residents to only communicate with the onsite property management teams via phone, online or email and to refrain from visiting the office in order to minimize in-person interaction.

If you are interested in leasing information, we offer a variety of online services to help make your selection process easier. From 3D floor plans, online photo galleries, virtual and video tours (where applicable), live availability & rate options, online applications and lease signings, we offer many options to enable you to simplify your search from home.

We are continuing to offer modified, self-guided tours that can be accessed via the Schedule a Tour tab on our website or Google My Business page by selecting an open time option. Once a tour is scheduled on the property calendar, a member of our leasing team will contact you to confirm and discuss your apartment tour interests.

We recognize the deep and immediate impact the social distancing measures in place to slow the spread of COVID-19 might have on not only you as an individual, but also on your apartment home needs. With changes rapidly being made to everyone's daily lives, we at Edward Rose & Sons are making more options available to accommodate.

We now offer you the opportunity to stay safely at home while a consultant of a selected community provides a live video tour of a specific apartment layout of your interest! This service can be selected while using the Schedule a Tour option on our website. Just let us know in the comments field of your Scheduled Tour if you prefer an in-person or video tour with one of our helpful leasing consultants. You are also welcome to call one of our properties to schedule your tour. If a video tour is requested, you will receive an invitation to a Zoom meeting where you will have the ability to view the tour while the agent uses a tablet to narrate and walk-through the apartment home while answering your questions

This is a newly added service as we adapt to the changing times. Please let us know if you have any feedback.

Our amenity and common spaces within our communities are temporarily closed. This includes resident events, rentals, and all commonly used social areas for business purposes and/or group gatherings. Additionally, we have also suspended package acceptance in our offices until further notice. These changes allow for heavily trafficked locations to be effectively cleaned and disinfected, while also encouraging the use of social distancing as the best method to fight the spread of Coronavirus. We are continually monitoring guidelines from the CDC and local officials to best determine when use of these spaces will resume.

Customer service remains a core focus even during times such as these. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we implement procedures to continue providing service while also maintaining the well-being of you and our employees. While we understand that these protocols may pose temporary inconveniences, we believe it is the right thing to do in order to preserve the welfare of our communities.
